We go into schools and colleges and facilitate film projects to suit the needs and outcomes of the client group

We have run twelve-week courses, culminating in pupils producing their own film, written, filmed and directed by pupils from P7 to S5

We also mentor pupils in film projects, taking a more hands-off approach; acting in a purely supervisory, enabling role

In consultation, we produce Forum Training Events. These involve short drama pieces with professional actors, which stimulate a facilitated discussion, where delegates can give their opinions, talk to characters, redirect scenes and invest their thoughts and experiences in the onstage events, without the pressure of traditional role-play. We've used this technique in helping organisations develop strategies and staff awareness in areas such as Palliative Care, Homelessness, Breaking Bad News, Road Safety (for children as well as for Road Safety Officers and Police to examine new startegies and policies)

On the development side: we have used Forum Theatre (see Training) to posit scenarios and play them out to end-users and developers to gague reactions to every facet of design and practice. We've done this with Phillips, BT, Dundee University Applied Computing, Liverpool PCT and many others.

On the filming side: we film and edit research discussion sessions, so researchers have a video resource for what was said and all the contextual nuances that accompany these discussions, but which are not available from a simple transcript.
